近年来,以互联网与移动网络为主的新媒体发展迅猛,而随之也产生一系列新的问题。正确认识并解决这些问题,是我们当前的一项重要任务。为此,本刊特推出一组新媒体与公民社会参与研究的文章,重点关注新媒体对中国社会民主政治发展的影响,以及新媒体广泛的参与性在推进社会政治经济发展方面的能动作用。胡正荣教授的文章辨析了新媒体时代公民网络社会参与的理论来源、社会功能并对其进行了相应的价值评析和诚恳建议;郭彦森教授着眼于网络参与的典型负面现象和焦点问题——网络群体性事件,重点研究了网络群体性事件的社会伤害及其防范;樊红敏副教授关注网络社会参与的一个积极现象——网络草根公益,以此为个案讨论网络新媒体在促进社会公益等方面的作用和困惑;张淑华副教授围绕当前互联网社会参与的一种独特现象和典型形式——网络围观,重点讨论网络围观中的社会参与及其功能发挥过程中所呈现的两面性;钟瑛教授就如何规避新媒体中新传播现象的社会风险,从管理层面分析问题,提出对策。
In recent years, the new media based on the Internet and mobile networks have been developing rapidly, and a series of new problems have been followed. To correctly understand and solve these problems is our current important task. To this end, we have launched a series of articles on new media and civil society participation in research, focusing on the impact of new media on the development of China’s social democracy and the active role of broad media participation in promoting new social and political economy. Professor Hu Zhengrong’s article distinguishes the theoretical sources and social functions of social participation in citizen networks in the new media era and makes corresponding comments and sincere suggestions on them.
