目的 :探讨补肾阴方左归饮和补肾阳方益肾宝对老年前期小鼠抗衰老的机制。方法 :用 1 4月龄雄性小白鼠为肾虚模型 ,观察左归饮及益肾宝对其肝、脑、肾、睾丸的细胞核体外RNA转录活性及无细胞提取液蛋白质合成活性的影响。结果 :老年前期对照组小鼠 4种脏器的细胞核体外RNA转录活性及无细胞提取液蛋白质合成活性明显低于青年组 (3月龄 )小鼠。经灌服左归饮和益肾宝 2个月后 ,两给药组小鼠 4种脏器的细胞核体外RNA转录活性及无细胞提取液蛋白质合成活性均明显高于老年前期对照组小鼠 ,而两给药组间无明显差异。结论 :补肾阴与补肾阳方剂均可提高老年前期肾虚小鼠的RNA转录活性及蛋白质合成活性
Objective : To explore the mechanism of anti-aging effects of Bushenyinfang Zuoguiyin and Bushenyangfang Yishenbao on the presenile mice. METHODS : The effect of Zuoguiyin and Yishenbao on RNA transcription activities of liver, brain, kidney and testis nuclei in vitro and protein synthesis activity without cell extracts were observed in 14-month-old male mice. RESULTS: In vitro RNA transcription activity and protein synthesis activity of cell-free extracts in the nucleus of the 4 organs of the presenile control group were significantly lower than that of the young group (3 months old). After 2 months of gavage of Zuoguiyin and Yishenbao, the RNA transcription activity of cell nucleus in vitro and protein synthesis activity of cell-free extracts of the four organs of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the old-aged control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion : Bushenyin and Bushenyang Recipe can increase the RNA transcription activity and protein synthesis activity of presenile mice with kidney deficiency.
