本文测定了26名维吾尔族正常成人及25名汉族正常成人血液中粒细胞的LDH总活力及其同工酶。其结果是:维吾尔族LDH总活力为2224.8±1232.0单位/10~(10)细胞,汉族LDH总活力为2949.3±1062.7单位/10~(10)细胞,两民族间无显著差异。其同工酶谱顺序为维吾尔族LDH_3>LDH_2>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_5>,而汉族为LDH_3>LDH_2>LDH_1>LDH_4>LDH_5。同时,我们还测定了11例汉族不同类型白血病患者血液中粒细胞的LDH及其同工酶谱,与正常人比较有很大不同。
In this paper, we measured LDH total activity and its isoenzymes in 26 Uygur normal adults and 25 normal Han adults. The results showed that the total activity of LDH in Uighur was 2224.8 ± 1232.0 units / 10 ~ (10) cells, and the total activity of LDH in Han was 2949.3 ± 1062.7 units / 10 ~ (10) cells. There was no significant difference between the two ethnic groups. The order of their isozyme was Uygur LDH 3> LDH 2> LDH 4> LDH 5> LDH 5, while Han people LDH 3> LDH 2> LDH 1> LDH 4> LDH 5. At the same time, we also measured the LDH and its isoenzyme pattern of the blood granulocytes in 11 Han patients with different types of leukemia, which is quite different from normal people.
