为了了解钻井泵缸套活塞副在运行过程中摩擦磨损等情况,以便掌握活塞损伤的发生、发展、直至活塞完全失去工作能力的全过程,在我们研制的实验台上对两只活塞作了跟踪观察。通过观察和分析,揭示出活塞在运行中的某些现象,这些现象对进一步提高活塞寿命具有较好的参考价值。 文章还介绍了活塞失效机理问题。活塞失效就是活塞丧失了密封能力。在复杂的工况条件下,活塞失效是多种损伤的交叠结果,而影响活塞寿命的根本原因是橡胶材料的密封能力和摩擦磨损性能以及活塞的润滑状态。
In order to understand the friction and wear of the piston pair of drilling pump cylinder liner during operation, in order to grasp the occurrence and development of piston damage until the piston completely lost its ability to work, two pistons were tracked on the experimental platform we developed Observed. Through observation and analysis, some phenomena of the piston in operation are revealed, and these phenomena have a good reference value for further improving the life of the piston. The article also introduces the piston failure mechanism. Piston failure is the piston lost sealing ability. Under complex working conditions, piston failure is the result of many kinds of damage. The root cause of piston life is the sealing ability, friction and wear properties of rubber material and the lubrication state of piston.
