建立良好的医患关系,是适应医疗市场迅速发展必然趋势。我院引进爱生医患服务平台,通过手机短信、语音电话、人工电话等三种方式对出院患者进行随访,体现了医院对病人的关怀,在医院与病人沟通方面收到了良好的效果。
Establishing a good doctor-patient relationship is an inevitable trend in adapting to the rapid development of the medical market. Our hospital has introduced the love patient medical service platform. Follow-up patients have been followed up by mobile phone short messages, voice calls, and manual telephones. This reflects the care of the patient in the hospital and has received good results in the communication between the hospital and the patient.
