本实验观察了急性组织损伤对德系长毛免血清铜、锌含量影响。试验分为创伤组和烫伤组。创伤组9只兔子的“0h”血清锌均值±标准误差为406.5±53.4μg/dL,创伤应激后“1h”、“4h”、“8h”、“14h”和“24h”的锌值分别为243.2±24.2、251.8±31.0、245.0±34.6、271.0±40.5和289.6±40.6μg/dL,与“0h”比较,其显著性水平亦相应为 P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.02和 P<0.01。该组应激后“1h”、“8h”、“14h”和“24h”血清铜值显著性地高于“0h”铜值,即血清铜、锌值呈相反变化。烫伤组有类似的血清铜、锌值变化,但其幅度低于创伤组。本研究指明,不论是何种急性组织损伤,均发生血清锌值的下降和血清铜值的上升。本文对其机理进行了讨论。
This experiment observed the effect of acute tissue injury on the serum-free copper and zinc content of Ash long hair. The trials were divided into trauma and scald groups. The serum zinc mean±standard error of “0h” in 9 rabbits in the trauma group was 406.5±53.4μg/dL, and the zinc values at “1h”, “4h”, “8h”, “14h” and “24h” after traumatic stress were respectively It was 243.2±24.2, 251.8±31.0, 245.0±34.6, 271.0±40.5, and 289.6±40.6 μg/dL. This study indicates that, regardless of the type of acute tissue damage, a decrease in serum zinc and an increase in serum copper value occurred. This article discusses its mechanism.
