自1982年以来,我们采用压舌试验对38例疑为破伤风的患者进行检查,发现对尚未出现典型症状的破伤风病例有早期诊断价值,特报道于后。临床资料本组38例,作压舌试验前均疑为破伤风。成人(年龄16～56岁)6例,儿童(2～14岁)4例,均有明确外伤史。犬多具有低热、烦躁、头痛、咬肌酸胀、舌麻木、舌转动不灵等;余28例为新生儿,均有脐部感染,多有吵闹、发热、拒奶等。38例均无抽搐,牙关紧闭、角弓反张等全身肌肉痉挛 Since 1982, we used tongue-gagging test to examine 38 patients suspected of tetanus and found early diagnosis of tetanus cases without typical symptoms. Clinical data 38 cases in this group, for tongue test before the suspected tetanus. 6 cases of adult (aged 16 to 56 years old), 4 cases of children (2 to 14 years old), have a clear history of trauma. Dogs with low fever, irritability, headache, biting muscle soreness, tongue numbness, tongue rotation is not working; more than 28 cases of newborns, have umbilical infection, and more noisy, fever, refusal to milk.
