河10断块为一常温常压、中孔、高渗透、稀油构造-岩性油气藏。该区块1988年投入开发,经历20多年的滚动开发,目前井网存在注采不完善、注采对应率低、水驱控制程度低等问题,针对这些问题,我们通过深化单元目标化管理;分区域、分砂体注采完善,提高注采对应率及水井分注率;根据注水见效情况及时注采调配等有效治理手段使得断块注水效果得到明显改善,产量递减趋势明显得到缓解。与治理前对比,区块日油水平提高11t/d,动液面上升了160.3米,自然递减下降了7.04%。
The fault block of the river 10 is a normal temperature and pressure, medium-porosity, high permeability, thin oil structure-lithologic reservoirs. The block was put into development in 1988 and experienced more than 20 years of rolling development. At present, there are problems in the well network such as imperfect injection, low correspondence rate between injection and production, and low degree of water drive control. In response to these problems, we deepen the goal-oriented management of units. In subregion and sub-region, the injection and production of sub-sand bodies improved to improve the correspondence rate of injection and production and the rate of well injection. According to the effective injection measures such as timely injection and injection, the water injection effect of fault block was significantly improved and the trend of decreasing production obviously eased. Compared with the pre-treatment, the block daily oil level increased by 11t / d, the dynamic liquid level increased by 160.3 meters and the natural decline decreased by 7.04%.
