由于钛及钛合金在高温下氧化,部分金属变成氧化物而损失,同时形成表面沾污层,恶化加工性能,降低残料的返回使用价值,因此防止氧化是一个重要问题。使用防氧化涂层是一种好方法。我们探索的玻璃涂层、陶瓷涂层均未能达到满意的结果,而研制的玻璃陶瓷涂层却显示了较好的保护效果。在此基础上确定了生产用防氧化玻璃陶瓷涂层成份,测定了基本的保护性能。经过工艺性锻造试验结果证明,所选定的涂层完全满足要求,使用此涂层能够取得较好的经济效益。
Due to the oxidation of titanium and titanium alloys at high temperature, the loss of some of the metal to oxides, the formation of surface contaminated layers, deteriorating processability, and reducing the value of return material usage of residual material, oxidation prevention is an important issue. Use of anti-oxidation coating is a good way. We have explored the glass coating, ceramic coating failed to achieve satisfactory results, while the development of glass ceramic coating has shown a better protective effect. On this basis, the production of anti-oxidation glass ceramic coating composition was determined, the determination of the basic protection performance. After the forging test results show that the selected coating fully meet the requirements, the use of this coating can achieve better economic benefits.
