6月8日,信息产业部计算机与微电子发展研究中心(CCID)在京发布了其涉及七大类计算机产品,历时三个多月完成的“99年计算机产品售后服务用户满意度调查”的最终结果,国内厂商显示了强劲的上升势头,在最引人注目的台式电脑服务满意度评比中,联想电脑公司获得第一名,以后的排名为IBM、HP、方正、金长城,这显示了在激烈的市场竞争中,国内企业的服务优势已逐步得到广大用户的认同。
On June 8th, the Ministry of Information Industry’s Center for Computer and Microelectronics Development (CCID) released in Beijing its seven-category computer products, which lasted more than three months and completed the “99-year customer satisfaction survey for computer products after-sales service”. As a result, domestic manufacturers showed a strong upward trend. In the most compelling evaluation of desktop service satisfaction, Lenovo Computer Co., Ltd. won the first place, followed by IBM, HP, Founder, and Jin Great Wall.
