教育改革对班主任工作的要求,说到底就是师生关系的解放。这一要求已使多数班主任开始树立以人为本的学生观,开始注重师生之间的人格平等。但是,面对复杂的教育对象,班主任在辛勤努力之后,总觉得照着葫芦画的“瓢”不太像,尤为隐忧于心的是学生在管理中离心离德的逆反情绪和活动中无动于衷的消极行为。问题的症结在哪里呢?笔者认为,班主任在工作中对“师生关系的解放”缺乏深层次的理解是重要的原因。
The education reform’s demand for class teacher’s work is, in the final analysis, the liberation of the teacher-student relationship. This requirement has led most headteachers to establish a people-centered outlook on students and begin to pay attention to equality between teachers and students. However, in the face of complicated education objects, the head teacher always felt that the “scoop” of the paintings was not so much like after the hard work. What was particularly worrying was the student’s rebellious emotions in the process of management and the unconcerned negative behavior in the activities. . Where is the crux of the problem? The author believes that the lack of a deep understanding of the “liberation of teacher-student relationship” by the head teacher is an important reason.
