推广公开课的教学经验对于大面积提高日常教学的质量具有非常重要的作用。在目前条件下,要有效推广公开课的教学经验,首先应明确认识:要推广的不是常态化公开课,也不是虚假完美的公开课,而是科学完美的公开课;应该采用有限借鉴的推广策略,根据课堂教学实际和教师自身特点,选择部分优质教学元素予以借鉴;应将着力发展教师的“理想”素质作为公开课教学经验推广的根本途径;应大力加强相关研究,为公开课教学经验推广提供重要的智力支持。
