《国朝掌故讲义》是由第一历史档案馆及开封聚协昌博物馆收藏的清代档案史料,主要是为光绪、宣统等统治者讲授清朝历史人物、典章制度及其他遗闻轶事,一事一封,文后有撰拟者为帝王治理国家提供借鉴的相关评语。《讲义》撰拟于光绪三十三年十月至宣统初年,内容涉及处理君臣关系、平定叛乱、廉政、理财等,从中可以看出清末统治者关心的一系列政治与社会问题,因而具有重要的史料价值与学术价值。
