大庆石化公司(以下简称“公司”)本着“面对石化,规范服务;面向中油,争先创优”的工作理念,一直努力探索招投标管理能力提升的途径。2012年,紧紧抓住《中国石油天然气集团公司招标管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)颁布实施的契机,精心组织、积极行动,在承担中国石油物资“三集中”采购首批试点招标任务的同时,内部招标工作也取得良好成效:全年组织招标1542项,完成计划投资34.64亿元,节约采购资金2.37亿元,工程项目资金节约率达4.55%,物资项目资金节约率为9.61%。
