’96新加坡-山东-巴伐利亚科技研讨会的召开,驱走了济南冬天的寒意。在3天的会议上,三方将三边合作推向了新境界。新加坡、山东、巴伐利亚自合作以来,政府间曾借像青岛交易会等机会举办展览会,以期增进了解加深友谊。几次展览会举办之后,三方代表都发现,由于多是综合性展览,加深友谊的目的虽然达到了,但项目达成情况却难如人意。在这次的三方科技研讨会上,作为三方经济合作联合会主席的中共山东省委副书记、副省长宋法棠诚恳提出,今后举办展览会应是展品在前台唱戏,项目在后台交易,以提高项目达成率为目的。提议得到代表们的赞同,三 ’96 Singapore - Shandong - Bavaria science and technology seminar held away the Jinan winter chill.
