本文围绕“十一五”期间职业教育课程改革提出的“以能力为本位、以职业实践为主线、以项目课程为主体的模块化专业课程体系”这一要求,探讨了职教课改对教师能力、教师角色提出的挑战以及课改如何促使教师重建自己的工作方式。
This article focuses on the requirements of the curriculum reform of vocational education during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, which is “Modularized Professional Curriculum System with Ability as Standard, Professional Practice as Main Line and Project Curriculum as Main Part” The challenge of curriculum reform to teachers ’ability and teachers’ roles and how curriculum reform can encourage teachers to rebuild their working methods.
