DNA结合抑制蛋白(Id蛋白)属于螺旋-环-螺旋(HLH)转录因子家族成员之一,HLH转录因子存在于从酵母到人类的所有生物体中,在调节基因表达、调控细胞周期,决定细胞分化等方面起作用。肿瘤的发生发展与转移受多种癌基因、细胞因子和胞内外信号的共同调节与作用,其调控机制十分复杂[1]。目前,越来越多的研究表明,DNA结合抑制蛋白能通过抑制相关基因的转录表达,抑制肿瘤细胞的分化、促进肿瘤细胞的增殖,是肿瘤防治的新靶点[3]。
