本文介绍了东方红型内燃机车承载车体静强度试验概况。其中对测试方法及测试技术作了简要的说明,并对试验数据的处理进行了叙述。一、前言随着铁路运输事业的日益发展,我国正在试制大功率内燃机车。由于受到轴重的限制,因而在内燃机车上采用承载车体已提到日程上来了。承载车体不但可使机车重量减轻,而且能使车体有足够的强度与刚度。内燃机车承载车体尚在试制过程中,在理论上还没有成熟的计算方法,在结构布置上经常在变动。因此对新设计的承载车体进行静强度试验完全是有必要的,并且还为今后生产提供了依据与积累了经验。
This paper introduces the general situation of the static strength test of the load bearing body of Dongfanghong type diesel locomotive. Among them, a brief description of the test method and test technology was given, and the processing of the test data was described. I. INTRODUCTION With the increasing development of the railway transportation industry, China is trialling high-power diesel locomotives. Due to the limitation of the axle weight, the adoption of a load-carrying body on a diesel locomotive has already been mentioned on the agenda. The load-carrying body can not only reduce the weight of the locomotive, but also enable the body to have sufficient strength and rigidity. The load-carrying body of the diesel locomotive is still in the process of trial production. There is no mature calculation method in theory, and the structural arrangement is often changing. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to carry out the static strength test on the newly designed load-bearing vehicle body, and it also provides the basis for the future production and has accumulated experience.
