用氢核磁共振波谱跟踪技术研究了间氨基苯β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯及其羟基物的水解和酯化反应,测定了反应速率和反应活化能。结果表明这两个化合物的水解和酯化是可逆平衡反应。平衡产率主要受酸浓度的影响,温度的影响较小,升高温度,酯含量略有下降。酯化和水解均为吸热反应,升高温度,反应加快。提高酸浓度有利于降低反应活化能。
The hydrolysis and esterification of m-aminobenzene-β-hydroxyethylsulfone sulfate and its hydroxyl groups were studied by 1H NMR. The reaction rate and reaction activation energy were measured. The results show that hydrolysis and esterification of these two compounds are reversible equilibrium reactions. The equilibrium yield is mainly affected by the acid concentration, the impact of temperature is small, increasing the temperature, the ester content decreased slightly. Esterification and hydrolysis are endothermic reaction, increase the temperature, the reaction speed up. Increasing the acid concentration helps to lower the activation energy of the reaction.
