据《研究生医学》(Postgraduate Medicine 79~#4:352,1986)报道,在美国新奥尔良的Tulane大学的公共卫生学院营养系,对595名超体重者进行膳食治疗观察。方法是,在总热量不变情况下改变一天进食量的分配。即把晚上一顿重餐改在早上吃,中午吃中等量,晚上则进食一点小吃,并把一天最后一餐的进食时间一定要安排在至少睡前8.5小时。受试者每月可减重5~10磅。作者提出这仅为初步试验的结果,需要用对照比较试验
According to Postgraduate Medicine 79 ~ # 4: 352, 1986, 595 super-weight dietary regimens were observed at the Department of Nutrition, School of Public Health, Tulane University, New Orleans, USA. The method is to change the distribution of food intake for one day while keeping the total calories unchanged. That is, a meal in the evening to change to eat in the morning, eat moderate amount at noon, eat snacks at night, and the day before the last meal of eating time must be arranged at least 8.5 hours before going to bed. Subjects can lose 5 to 10 pounds a month. The authors suggest that this is only the result of a preliminary test, which requires a comparative test
