ANSI/ASTME112测定金属平均晶粒度的标准方法中有三种基本方法:比较法、面积法和截点法。后两种方法可对金属中存在的混合晶粒度进行平均晶粒度的测定,虽然有较高的精度,但是程序复杂,不便于日常检验中应用。单用比较法似乎对混晶的测定一筹莫展,关键在于无法对各视场的评级结果作出综合判断。JIS GO551—1977规定平均晶粒级别m=∑ab/∑b,其中a为各视场的晶粒级别;b为视场数。这是一种求加权平均值的方法,但它的适用性尚不清楚。
ANSI / ASTME112 There are three basic methods for determining the average grain size of metals: the comparative method, the area method, and the cut-off point method. The latter two methods allow the determination of the average grain size of the mixed grain size present in the metal, although with higher precision, the procedure is complicated and not convenient for routine inspection. The single comparison method seems to be unable to measure the mixed crystal, the key is unable to make a comprehensive assessment of the ratings of the various fields of view. JIS GO551-1977 provides the average grain size m = Σab / Σb, where a is the grain size of each field of view; b is the number of fields of view. This is a way to find the weighted average, but its applicability is unclear.
