针对台车炉温控系统的特点及能源消耗现状,应用先进的自抗扰控制技术,提出一种二阶自抗扰控制炉温系统的控制方案,并将其与原有PID控制系统进行了比较。试验结果表明,ADRC系统在耗电量上明显优于PID系统,总体能源节省率在10%以上,并且在超调量、调节时间上均优于PID系统。不仅如此,ADRC系统还具有更好的控制品质和较强的鲁棒性,不仅可以有效地克服干扰,而且在对象特性参数变化较大时仍能获得稳定的控制品质。
According to the characteristics of the temperature control system of trolley furnace and the status quo of energy consumption, an advanced automatic disturbance rejection control technology is proposed.
