心房颤动（房颤）是临床最常见的心律失常类型之一，给患者和社会带来沉重的生活和经济负担。尽管目前射频消融术已经成为房颤的重要治疗手段，但术后复发一直是医生面临的难题，也成为研究者关注的热点。本文总结了国内外有关房颤射频消融术后复发危险因素的最新研究进展。“,”As one of the most commonly seen arrhythmias,atrial fibrillation(AF)brings heavy life and financial burdens to patients and society.Although radiofrequency catheter ablation has become an important treatment for AF,the problem of postoperative recurrence is still in the process of resol-ving,and becomes a hot spot in medical research.This review summarizes the latest research progress on risk factors of atrial fibrillation recurrence after catheter ablation,both at home and abroad.
