本文认为传统文化中的血缘裙带关系在我国乡镇企业自然文化中占据着主导地位,严重阻碍了乡镇企业的进一步发展与向现代化迈进。现代企业管理理论的深层次问题就是企业文化问题,本文从文化结构、文化系统的角度,提出在乡镇企业中构建新型企业文化,即构建以股份合作制为核心的科学的乡镇企业文化来替代以血缘裙带关系为核心的乡镇企业自然文化,自觉发挥企业文化的功能,以取得企业整体性效益。
This article believes that the kinship between traditional culture and culture has occupied a dominant position in the natural culture of our country’s township and township enterprises, which has seriously hindered the further development of the township and township enterprises and their progress toward modernization. The deep-level problem of modern enterprise management theory is the problem of corporate culture. This article proposes to build a new corporate culture in township enterprises from the perspective of cultural structure and cultural system, that is, to build a scientific township enterprise culture with the core of shareholding cooperative system as a substitute. The relationship between blood and kinship is the core of the natural culture of township enterprises, consciously play the function of corporate culture in order to obtain the overall benefits of the enterprise.
