本文提出一种新的建模方法研究复杂管系的振动问题。与Hatfield的实模态模型不同,本文采用左、右复模态理论建立定常流叠加脉动流状态下管道结构的数学模型,使用特征解摄动理论,证明了提出的模型的适用性。在流固耦合过程中引入类似模态综合的概念,用以综合结构模型和以特征阻抗矩阵法表示的管内流体动态模型,仿真和实验结果表明该方法在管路系统的振动监测、动态响应预测及管道消振方面具有实用性。
In this paper, a new modeling method is proposed to study the vibration of complex piping system. Different from the real mode model of Hatfield, this paper uses the left and right complex modes theory to establish the mathematical model of the pipeline structure under the condition of steady flow and pulsating flow. Using the characteristic solution perturbation theory, the applicability of the proposed model is proved. In the process of fluid-solid coupling, the concept of similar modal synthesis is introduced to synthesize the structural model and the fluid dynamic model in the pipe by the characteristic impedance matrix method. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can be used in vibration monitoring, dynamic response prediction And pipeline vibration suppression has practicality.
