针对阳江核电水库堆石坝坝脚渗漏问题,采用复掺膨润土、粉煤灰配制的稳定浆液灌浆方法堵漏.通过试验分析粉煤灰、膨润土、减水剂等因素对灌浆材料流变性能、力学性能的影响规律,确定膨润土对浆材的流变性能、强度影响比粉煤灰大,同时确定稳定浆液各组份适宜的掺量范围.在此基础上设计系列灌浆材料配合比,并通过现场灌浆效果及取芯测试结石强度、渗透性可见,设计的混合和膏状灌浆材料满足工程施工及性能指标要求.
