某些观点认为T_(H1)型和T_(H2)型应答不平衡有助于HIV感染时免疫失调。抵抗HIV感染和/或阻止其进展为AIDS,有赖于T_(H1)>T_(H2)的优势。这一假说是基于下列发现作出的:①进展为AIDS时,TL-2和IFN-γ产生能力丧失同时却有IL-4和IL-10产生增加;②许多血清学阴性的HIV接触者对HIV抗原表现强烈的T_(H1)型免疫应答。
Some people think that imbalance of T_ (H1) and T_ (H2) responses can help immune imbalance in HIV infection. Resistance to HIV infection and / or prevention of its progression to AIDS depend on the advantages of T H1 (H1)> T H2 (H2).
