我科自1985年以来共收治脊髓肿瘤31例,术前均做过碘水脊髓造影和CT扫描。本文将对其手术所见及影像诊断结果比较分析,并提出我们的见解。 临床资料 1.一般资料:本组男18例,女13例。年龄3～70岁,平均35岁。手术证实8例为髓外硬膜外肿瘤;19例为髓外硬膜下肿瘤;4例为髓内肿瘤。 2.影像诊断与手术所见:8例硬膜外肿瘤中,有2例经脊髓碘水造影误诊为髓外硬膜下肿瘤,后经脊髓造影加CT扫描诊断为硬膜外肿瘤;有1例经脊髓 In our department, 31 cases of spinal cord tumors have been treated since 1985. Myocardial myelography and CT scans were performed before surgery. This article compares and analyzes the results of the surgery and imaging diagnosis and presents our insights. Clinical data 1. General information: The group of 18 males and 13 females. Age 3 to 70 years old, average 35 years old. Surgery confirmed 8 cases of extramedullary epidural tumors; 19 cases of extramedullary subdural tumors; 4 cases of intramedullary tumors. 2.
