扁平上皮癌相关抗原(TA-4)是对扁平上皮癌特异性较高的一种肿瘤标志物。患食管癌时其血清TA-4水平增高的报道甚多,但对组织染色进行免疫组织学研究迄今尚未见有报道,本文作者为此作了研究。21例食管癌,男20例,女1例。其中7例50岁,8例60岁,5例70岁,1例80岁。组织分化度:高分化型扁平上皮癌7例,中分化型和低分化型扁平上皮癌分别为12例和2例。将肿瘤标本经石腊包埋切片后,应用PAP法染色在光镜下观察。结果:21例中9例TA-4染色阳性(42.9%),7例高分化型中2例,12例中分化型中7例为阳性。2例低分化型均为阴性。肿瘤浸润度与TA-4染色间关系:染色(-)例中Sm2例,Mp6例,a_1 2例,a_2 2例,其中Sm和Mp占8例(66.7%)。染色(+)例中Mp2例,a_1和a_2 7例(77.8%)。提示随肿瘤浸润度进展,染色阳性越明显。但淋巴管浸润及血管浸润程度与染色
Squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen (TA-4) is a tumor marker that is highly specific for squamous cell carcinoma. There have been many reports of elevated serum TA-4 levels in patients with esophageal cancer, but no studies have been reported on immunohistochemical staining of tissue stains. 21 cases of esophageal cancer, 20 males and 1 female. Seven of them were 50 years old, 8 were 60 years old, 5 were 70 years old, and 1 was 80 years old. The degree of tissue differentiation: 7 cases of highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, 12 cases of moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, and 2 cases. Paraffin-embedded tumor specimens were stained with PAP and observed under a light microscope. RESULTS: Of the 21 cases, 9 cases were positive for TA-4 staining (42.9%), 7 cases were highly differentiated, and 7 cases were positive for 12 of the 12 moderately differentiated cases. Two cases of poorly differentiated were negative.
