为了从更加数量化和系统化的理论角度用适应性地形来研究企业战略,选取了学习分类器系统作为企业智能体的原理算法,并构建了由企业智能体和企业环境构成的战略适应性地形图模型.企业智能体的环境包括行业、企业和战略行业因素,企业智能体则通过学习分类器系统的规则和信息分配子系统、奖励子系统和规则发现子系统运行,通过行业规则库和战略资产规则的进化来适应环境并寻求更高的适应性.最后给出了战略适应性地形图的示例,说明战略地形图模型可以比较形象直观地模拟企业的共同进化景象,并指出了战略适应性地形图的下一步研究方向.
In order to study corporate strategy with adaptive terrain from a more quantitative and systematic theoretical perspective, the learning classifier system was chosen as the principle algorithm of the enterprise agent, and a strategically adaptable terrain composed of enterprise agents and enterprise environments was constructed. The enterprise agent operates through the rules and information distribution subsystems, reward subsystems, and rule discovery subsystems of the learning classifier system, through industry rule bases and strategies. The evolution of asset rules adapts to the environment and seeks higher adaptability. Finally, an example of strategically adaptable topographic maps is provided. It shows that the strategic topographic map model can visually and intuitively simulate the common evolution of the company and point out the strategic adaptability.
