战略联盟的竞争,突破了企业传统意义上的竞争方式。本文首先对战略联盟进行一般分析,接着分别从经济效应、交易费用理论、合作与联盟的博弈论分析、价值链理论、企业能力理论五个方面分析了战略联盟的理论基础,从而探寻出战略联盟竞争力的来源和优势创造的原因。最后在前面分析的基础上,提出中国企业也应根据产业结构和自身组织情况,借鉴战略联盟的形式,提出了推进其发展的建议。
The competition of strategic alliances breaks through the traditional way of competition in the enterprise. This article first analyzes the strategic alliances and then analyzes the theoretical basis of the strategic alliances from five aspects: economic effect, transaction cost theory, game theory of cooperation and alliance, value chain theory and enterprise competence theory, The source of competitiveness and the reasons for the creation of advantages. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, it is suggested that Chinese enterprises should also put forward suggestions on how to promote their development based on the industrial structure and self-organization, drawing on the form of strategic alliances.
