本文采用线性滴定法,在水溶液中用盐酸标准溶液测定人工肾透析液中醋酸钠的含量,操作简单,滴定速度快,准确度高,平均回收度为100.13％,RSD=0.18％(n=6)。处方中其他成分对测定影响小。
In this paper, the linear titration method was used to determine the content of sodium acetate in artificial kidney dialysis solution by using hydrochloric acid standard solution in aqueous solution. The titration speed was rapid and the accuracy was high. The average recovery was 100.13%, RSD = 0.18% (n = 6 ). Other ingredients in the prescription have little effect on the assay.
