利用自制的NP-484氮磷阻燃剂以及D331环氧树脂、DCA248固化剂制得了一种新型无卤阻燃基体树脂。结果表明,该基体树脂室温下放置120 h后,凝胶化时间仍达到342 s,具有良好的成型加工性能;固化物的玻璃化转变温度达181.7℃,具有优异的耐热性能。此外,利用该树脂,采用无碱玻璃布增强材料,进一步制得了一种新型无卤阻燃环氧复合材料,其耐热性优良、阻燃性达到FV-0级。
A new type of halogen-free flame retardant matrix resin was prepared by using self-made NP-484 nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, D331 epoxy resin and DCA248 curing agent. The results show that the resin has a good gelatinization time after 120 h at room temperature. The glass transition temperature reaches 181.7 ℃ and has excellent heat resistance. In addition, a new halogen-free flame-retardant epoxy composite material is obtained by using the alkali-free glass cloth reinforcing material by the resin, and has excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy of FV-0.
