目的:对老年2型糖尿病患者进行营养状况评价,为制订个体化营养治疗方案和观察营养治疗效果提供依据。方法:对82例参加本院糖尿病病人俱乐部活动的患者进行人体测量和生化检查。结果:观察组病人体重、体质指数(BMI)及甘油三酯(TC)高于对照组,血清白蛋白、前白蛋白和血红蛋白低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病病人进行营养状况评价,是制订个体化营养治疗方案并指导病人合理饮食的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the nutritional status of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide basis for formulating individualized nutritional therapy programs and observing the effects of nutritional therapy. Methods: The anthropometric and biochemical tests were performed on 82 patients who participated in the club activities of diabetic patients in our hospital. Results: The body weight, body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride (TC) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of serum albumin, prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The evaluation of nutritional status of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus is the basis for formulating personalized nutrition treatment programs and guiding patients to a reasonable diet.
