目的:探讨品管圈在胃肠外科护理工作中的实施效果。方法:随机抽取医院2013年5月~2014年2月未实施品管圈前胃肠外科住院患者300例作为对照组,抽取医院2014年5月~2015年2月实施品管圈后胃肠外科住院患者300例作为观察组,统计两组患者不良事件发生率、并发症发生情况,并采用医院自制的问卷调查表,统计患者护理满意度。结果:观察组不良事件发生率为2.00%,并发症发生率为4.00%,均较对照组的10.00%和11.67%减少(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为98.00%,较对照组的88.00%显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈在手术胃肠外科护理工作中的应用,在充分调动护士工作的积极性和主动性,减少护理不良事件和并发症发生率的同时,还能提高患者护理满意度,促进护患关系和谐和护理质量的持续改进。
Objective: To discuss the effect of quality control circle in gastrointestinal surgery.
