电磁铆接是实现复合材料干涉配合连接的有效途径,通过控制适当的干涉量能有效提高复合材料初始挤压破坏强度,同时能延长连接件的疲劳寿命。随着有限元技术的发展,数值模拟将在复合材料电磁铆接中扮演越来越重要的角色。总结复合材料电磁铆接技术在国内外的研究现状,并对其发展趋势进行展望。
Electromagnetic riveting is an effective way to realize the interference fit connection of composite materials. By controlling the appropriate interference, the initial extrusion failure strength of the composite can be effectively increased and the fatigue life of the connector can be prolonged. With the development of finite element technology, numerical simulation will play an increasingly important role in the electromagnetic riveting of composite materials. Summarizes the research status of electromagnetic riveting technology at home and abroad, and prospects its development trend.
