为了缩短机械产品的设计周期,提高设计的效率,在Solid Works的环境下,提出了一种新型的机械产品快速设计方法。该方法以曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构为实例,以知识工程技术为基础,并结合参数化设计方法,对主要环节进行了研究,并构建了以实例库、模板库、数据库为基础的齿轮传动机构的知识工程库。利用二次开发技术,完成了曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构的CAD设计,通过这种方法实现了机械产品的快速选型、设计及计算,同时有利于设计知识的积累和继承。
In order to shorten the design cycle of mechanical products and improve the design efficiency, a new method for rapid design of mechanical products is proposed in Solid Works environment. The method takes the crank press gear transmission mechanism as an example, based on the knowledge engineering technology and the parametric design method, conducts the research on the main links and constructs the gear transmission mechanism based on the instance database, the template database and the database Knowledge Engineering Library. By using the secondary development technology, the CAD design of the crank press gear transmission mechanism is completed. By this method, the rapid selection, design and calculation of mechanical products are realized, and at the same time, it is beneficial to the accumulation and inheritance of design knowledge.
