卤代烷1211灭火系统的管网计算任务主要是确定灭火剂的贮存压力、灭火容器的充装比、管道直径和喷嘴孔径。而这四个参数的合理性要用灭火剂喷射时间、喷嘴最低工作压力来判别,以上参数的求解是不能直接从公式得出的,必须反复迭代寻求较佳数值,用手工完成这些计算很困难。本文根据规范中规定标准,编制了Basic语言程序计算1211管网系统,使用PC-1500A袖珍机,对一个有三十多个计算管段的非均衡系统,只运行二十多分钟便能得出各个合理的设计参数,解决了规范中推荐采用的BC计算方法存在的繁琐计算问题。
The calculation task of the pipe network of Halon 1211 fire extinguishing system is mainly to determine the storage pressure of fire extinguishing agent, filling ratio of fire extinguishing vessel, pipe diameter and nozzle hole diameter. The rationality of these four parameters should be judged by the extinguishing agent injection time and the minimum working pressure of the nozzle. The solution of the above parameters cannot be obtained directly from the formula. It must be iteratively searched for better values. It is difficult to manually complete these calculations. . Based on the standards specified in the specification, this paper has compiled the Basic language program to calculate the 1211 pipe network system. Using the PC-1500A pocket machine, for a non-equilibrium system with more than 30 calculated pipe segments, only 20 minutes or more can be used to obtain each. Reasonable design parameters solve the cumbersome calculation problem of the BC calculation method recommended in the specification.
