本文以荷瘤小鼠为模型,初步观察了痢疾志贺氏菌(Sh.dysenteriae)的抗瘤作用。结果显示:痢疾志贺氏菌能显著抑制DBA小鼠的移植性肿瘤L5178Y、P815的生长,提高荷瘤小鼠的生存率,痢疾志贺氏菌还能提高荷瘤小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞和脾脏NK细胞杀瘤活性。痢疾处理的荷瘤小鼠脾脏及腹腔渗出非粘附细胞无杀瘤活性,而痢疾处理的荷瘤小鼠脾脏非粘附细胞和经痢疾处理的正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞混合后可表现出协同杀瘤活性,且是特异性杀瘤
In this study, tumor-bearing mice were used as models to observe the anti-tumor effect of Shigella dysenteriae. The results showed that Shigella dysenteriae can significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted tumors L5178Y and P815 in DBA mice and increase the survival rate of tumor-bearing mice. Shigella dysenteriae can also increase the peritoneal macrophages in tumor-bearing mice. And spleen NK cell killing activity. No tumor-bearing activity was observed in spleen and peritoneal non-adherent cells of mice bearing dysentery treated with diarrhea.
