在我国,项目管理出现了一种奇怪的现状:尽管多数企业对项目管理推行乏力,但有很多人却在认识上过分夸大了项目管理的作用,造成一种虚假的项目管理热,误导了人们的认识,从侧面阻碍了项目管理的推行。应该如何正确认识项目管理的作用;过分夸大项目管理的作用会给企业带来什么后果;在企业里,哪些任务是可以项目化的,哪些不可以?带着这一系列问题记者采访了西北工业大学教授、中国项目管理协会秘书长白思俊。
