目的:观察多区准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗高度近视眼的疗效。方法:对102例186只高度近视眼行多区准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术并随访6个月。结果:平均切削深度为(106.70±32.0)μm;术后裸眼视力≥1.0者占25.81%、≥0.8者占64.5%;K值平均下降幅度为(6.31±1.09)D;角膜上皮下混浊者占32.3%;暂时性糖皮质醇性高眼压者(眼压≥3.20 kPa)占16.1%;屈光回退者占17.2%,平均回退量为(-1.75±0.64)D。结论:多区准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗高度近视眼安全、疗效显著,与传统PRK相比,角膜基质切除深度和术后屈光回退均较少,较适合治疗高度近视。
Objective: To observe the effect of multi-zone excimer laser refractive keratectomy in the treatment of high myopia. Methods: A total of 186 eyes of 186 high myopia patients underwent multi-zone excimer laser photocoagulation and followed up for 6 months. Results: The mean depth of cut was (106.70 ± 32.0) μm. The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity was ≥1.0, accounting for 25.81% and ≥0.8, accounting for 64.5%. The mean K value was (6.31 ± 1.09) D. 32.3%; patients with transient high glucocorticosteroid (intraocular pressure ≥3.20 kPa) accounted for 16.1%; those with refractive retroversion accounted for 17.2% with an average amount of withdrawal of (-1.75 ± 0.64) d. Conclusions: Multi-zone excimer laser refractive keratectomy is safe and effective in treating high myopia. Compared with the traditional PRK, corneal stripping depth and postoperative refractive regression are less, which is more suitable for the treatment of high myopia.
