有关运动员骨髓造血的特点报道极少。著者检查22名运动员的骨髓,年龄18-22岁。胸骨取髓,计数有核成分、巨核细胞等骨髓象,检查了周围血的有形成分,作了细胞化学染色。取其平均值列于表1。并以同样方法检查了非运动员的结果作为对照。表1表明运动员的骨髓象与非运动员比较呈中等障碍。红系造血同样在最后阶段分化障碍。脂质含量,特别是中性粒细胞的糖原含量在外周血中相当低(表2),这可能是与上述有形成分在肌肉活动过程
There are few reports about the characteristics of athlete’s bone marrow. The authors examined the bone marrow of 22 athletes, aged 18-22 years. Sternum to take the marrow, counting nuclear components, such as bone marrow megakaryocytes, examined the visible components of the peripheral blood, made a cytochemical staining. The average value is shown in Table 1. In the same way, non-athlete results were examined as controls. Table 1 shows that the athlete’s bone marrow is a moderate disorder compared to non-athletes. Red hematopoietic also in the final stage of differentiation disorders. Lipid levels, especially neutrophil glycogen content, are quite low in peripheral blood (Table 2), which may be related to the above-mentioned physical components during muscle activity
