本文研究了两种Ni-Co-Mo-Fe矩磁合金交流、直流磁滞回线功率损耗的变化行为,得出了随加工处理过程而变化的结构状态、有序度,形变织构、再结晶织构的磁退火响应关系。由于这些过程影响磁晶各向异性和磁感生各向异性的变化,故可以最终通过磁退火工艺的配合找出Ku稍大于∣K_1∣的状态,使磁畴变小、畴壁增多、微涡流效应降低,从而得到磁粘滞性小、损耗低、动态磁滞回线陡削的优良矩磁材料。
In this paper, the change behavior of the power loss of AC and DC Hysteresis loops of two kinds of Ni-Co-Mo-Fe magnetic alloys is studied. The structural state, degree of order and deformation texture that change with the machining process are obtained. Magnetic annealing response of crystal texture. Because these processes affect the anisotropy of magnetocrystalline anisotropy and magnetic anisotropy, we can finally find out that Ku is slightly larger than | K_1|Ò by the cooperation of magnetic annealing process, so that the magnetic domain becomes smaller and the domain walls increase. Eddy current effect is reduced, resulting in a small magnetic viscosity, low loss, dynamic magnetic hysteresis loop steep fine rectangular magnetic material.
