本文介绍复合材料的轴向拉伸强度的理论。涉及纤维、纤维束的强度和复合体的拉伸破坏型式分析。 常用纤维加劲材料,大都是脆性纤维。脆性纤维强度变化幅度很大,为此纤维复合材料,须用概率论方法来分析。本文按纤维强度分布为Weibull型,纤维束强度分布为Caussian型,而后采用环链模型理论,就考虑和不考虑应力集中来分析复合体强度。 本文中介绍了新近的科研成果,有理论与实验的验证材料和评论。
This article describes the theory of axial tensile strength of composites. It involves the strength of fiber and fiber bundle and the tensile failure analysis of the composite. Common fiber stiffened materials, mostly brittle fibers. Fragile fiber strength varies widely, for which the fiber composite material, to be used to analyze the probability theory. In this paper, the distribution of fiber strength is Weibull type, the fiber bundle strength distribution is Caussian type, and then the chain model theory is used to analyze the strength of composite body with and without consideration of stress concentration. This article describes recent scientific research, validated material and reviews of theory and experimentation.
