为了探索精索静脉曲张在男性不育中的作用,本文应用电镜观测25例精索静脉曲张不育症患者的睾丸和附睾组织的超微结构改变.镜下可见生精细胞脱落,间质小血管病变和对侧睾丸的病理损害是精索静脉曲张不育症睾丸组织的三种主要病理改变,其中间质小血管病变更具有特征性.电镜观察发现精原细胞存在明显的超微结构变化是精索静脉曲张不育症患者精子生成障碍、精原细胞增殖、精母细胞成熟分裂和细胞变态的主要原因.
In order to explore the role of varicocele in male infertility, ultrastructural changes of testis and epididymis in 25 patients with varicocele were observed by electron microscopy. Microscopic examination of spermatogenic cells shedding, small interstitial vascular lesions and contralateral testicular pathological lesions of the varicocele is the testicular tissue three major pathological changes, including small interstitial vascular lesions more characteristic. Electron microscopy showed that there was a significant ultrastructure change in spermatogonia, which was the main reason of spermatogenic disorder, spermatogonia proliferation, spermatocyte maturation and cell metamorphosis in patients with varicocele infertility.
