应用自行开发的柴油机过渡工况控制系统及排气采集装置,模拟柴油机实际工作时的增负荷状态,对HC排放特性进行了试验研究。利用气相色谱仪对HC排放成分进行分析。研究结果表明,增负荷工况中HC排放量急剧增加,其中碳数在8以下的低沸点成分占有很大的比例,对于总的HC排放特别是增负荷开始后的HC排放起着主导作用。在低沸点的HC排放成分中,乙烯和丙烯所占的比例最大,乙烯在各个循环中约占40%。
The self-developed diesel engine transient condition control system and exhaust gas collection device are used to simulate the increasing load condition of diesel engine during actual working. The emission characteristics of HC are tested. HC emission components were analyzed by gas chromatography. The results show that the emission of HC increases sharply under the conditions of increasing load, of which the low-boiling components with a carbon number below 8 account for a large proportion, which plays a leading role in the total HC emission, especially after the start of increasing load. Of the low-boiling HC emissions, ethylene and propylene account for the largest share of ethylene in about 40% of each cycle.
