为了适应四个现代化建设的需要,武汉市会计学会举办在职财会人员的培训班,为年龄比较大,基础比较差,工作比较忙,进校学习比较难的在职财会人员,提供了良好的学习机会,深得广大财会人员的欢迎。我通过几个月的学习,收获比较大,体会也很深,下面谈几点体会: 一、学会各级领导重视培训班的教学组织。培训班各项工作安排的比较细致、周到、扎实。学习规则要求比较严格,对缺课的学员,坚持要单位信件证明缺课原因,从不放任自流。有的领导深入教室听课,检查教学效果,征求意见,不断提高教学质量。二、老师教学认真负责。表现在:1.认真备课。尽管任课老
