日前召开的全国企业工资工作会议上,劳动保障部副部长刘雅芝说,今年企业工资收入分配将试行六种新办法,即企业经营者年薪制、岗位工资为主的基本工资制度、建立企业科技人员工资收入分配激励机制、职工持股分配、工资集体协商制度、建立工资宏观调控体系。她还就如何试行这六种新办法提出了具体要求:一、开展企业经营者年薪制的试点企业,应选择管理基础和经济效益好、并且已进行现代企业制度改革的公司制企业。年薪制试点人
