应用15种过敏原对541例支气管哮喘患者进行过敏原测定,其中349例皮试阳性,占64.51%。测定的15种吸入性过敏原中螨为最高,占40.97%,几种花粉亦较高,如早春花粉,晚春花粉,夏秋花粉,蒿属花粉分别为38.96%,34.38%,37.25%,28.08%。螨有较强的抗原性,可刺激机体产生过敏反应。花粉阳性率较高与春秋季风大、干燥花粉飘散高峰有关。特异性过敏原测定方法简便,敏感性较高,对支气管哮喘是一有价值的诊断方法。
Allergens were determined in 541 patients with bronchial asthma using 15 allergens, of which 349 were skin test positive (64.51%). Among the 15 inhaled allergens tested, mites were the highest, accounting for 40.97% and several pollens were also higher. For example, early spring pollen, late spring pollen, summer and autumn pollen and artemisia pollen were 38.96% and 34.38% , 37.25%, 28.08%. Mite has strong antigenicity, can stimulate the body to produce allergic reactions. Higher positive rate of pollen and spring and autumn monsoon, dried pollen floating peak. Specific allergen determination method is simple, high sensitivity, is a valuable diagnostic method for bronchial asthma.
