近年来,随着中俄友好关系的发展和各领域交往的日趋频繁,俄语人才越来越为社会所需要,俄语人才培养方法、俄语教学模式也越来越引起教育工作者的重视,并被提到了俄语教学的重要日程。笔者通过多年的俄语教学实践,总结出了一套具有较强竞争力、能够重新建立俄语人才培养新机制的构想,这一教学模式在中国俄语教学中占有一席之地,并填补了国内俄语教学的空白。具体做法是:通过对新中国成立以来俄语人才培养的回顾和总结,通过中俄两国俄语人才培养教学模式的对比研究,找出中俄两国完全不同国度里的俄语教学模式中的优点,结合我国俄语教学实际,根据俄国对外交往的主要方针、途径和具体方案,俄语人才数量和质量的需求,提出以下四种能达到事半功倍效果的俄语人才培养教学模式:专业型、非专业型、交际型和复合型。
In recent years, with the development of the friendly relations between China and Russia and the frequent exchanges in various fields, Russian talents are more and more required by the society. The method of cultivating Russian talents and Russian teaching models are also attracting more and more attention by educators Mentioned the important schedule of Russian teaching. After years of practice in Russian teaching, the author concludes with a set of ideas that are highly competitive and capable of re-establishing a new mechanism for cultivating Russian talents. This teaching model occupies a place in Russian teaching in China and fills in gaps in teaching Russian . The concrete approach is as follows: Through the review and summary of the cultivation of Russian talents since the founding of New China, through the comparative study of the Russian teaching mode of Russian talents cultivation between China and Russia, this paper finds out the advantages of Russian teaching in completely different countries of China and Russia, According to the actual teaching of Russian in our country, according to the main guidelines, ways and programs of Russian foreign relations, the quantity and quality of Russian talents, we propose the following four kinds of teaching models of Russian talents to achieve a multiplier effect: professional, non-professional, communicative Type and composite type.
